Helping Hands by FeniCare was created to thoughtfully reimagine what non-medical home care can look like for individuals and families in California’s Central Valley.
We are currently completing the California Home Care Organization (HCO) licensing process and are preparing to launch services rooted in dignity, reliability, and community-centered care.

Our focus is on building strong foundations — from caregiver standards to communication practices — so that when services become available, families can feel confident in the care they receive.
